Who operates this service
License Preparation Nepal is an independent engineering licence preparation service. Contact info.licensepreparationnepal@gmail.com about privacy, corrections, or deletion.
Account and study information
We store your name, email, securely hashed password, selected subject, account dates, login-token records, and study activity. Mock attempts may include question snapshots, saved answers, deadlines, scores, and chapter results. These private records help you resume study and review attempts. Your password is never stored as readable text. For email verification, we send a one-time code and store its protected hash, expiry, and attempt and counters. We never store the readable code in the database. If you sign in with Google, we also store your Google account identifier and verified email and use your Google profile name to create your account. We do not store Google access or refresh tokens.
Payment verification
For Premium payment requests, we store your account email, order ID, eSewa transaction ID, submission date, and verification status. The confirmation button opens WhatsApp with those details in a prepared message. eSewa and WhatsApp process information under their own policies; we do not collect your payment password, PIN, or card details.
Cookies and browser storage
Login cookies maintain a signed-in session. Your browser may store subject preferences, cached public content, and a payment order reference. Study-note read markers and your last-opened topic are stored only on this browser, not synced to your account. You can remove them by clearing this site’s browser storage. Optional analytics preferences are stored on this browser and can be changed through Cookie settings.
Optional Google Analytics
Only after you accept analytics, and when configured, Google Analytics measures visits to selected public pages, general device/browser information, and approximate location. We exclude query strings, search terms, personal identifiers, and payment details from page views. Rejecting analytics does not limit studying, registration, or payment requests.
Retention and deletion
Account, study, and payment-request records are retained while your account exists. Use Account & deletion to delete live account records after confirming your password. Account deletion does not clear browser-only reading markers or other local preferences; clear this site’s browser storage to remove those. Deletion does not automatically erase provider logs, backups, or messages already sent through WhatsApp.
Your choices
You can browse without an account, reject optional analytics, change tracking preferences, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. We may verify your identity before making changes.
